The AL500 is a short connection sling made of nylon with a rubber keeper on one end to keep a carabiner in place an prevent sideloading.
The AL500 can be used to make a short 12cm of longer 24cm connection to a mobile fall arrest or backup device, such as the XG300 or XH110 to create a bit more working space or distance.

Combining the AL500 with two locking carabiners creates a short connection rescue sling often used in rope access and rescue operations.

The AL500 is also light an versatile enough to create a sport climbing quickdraw set in combination with the NOVA series carabiners.
